Patch testA patch test is required 24–48 hours before any colour service.
Reference photosInspiration photos are welcome, but an identical result cannot be guaranteed. Hair density, texture, condition and at-home styling all affect the finish. We will explain what is realistically achievable during your consultation.
Previously lightened hairRepeatedly bleached hair may be more vulnerable to breakage or further damage. We recommend regular conditioning masks for around four weeks before another lightening service. This may reduce risk, but cannot remove it completely.
Before your colour appointmentWhere possible, avoid washing your hair for 2–3 days beforehand. Natural oils may help reduce scalp sensitivity. Please avoid heavy product build-up.
A personalised approachEvery plan is adjusted to your hair’s current condition. Our priority is the best achievable result while minimising unnecessary damage.
